Creating a Template
To create a template, you'll need to first format it within your diary notes on any mortgage application π You can do this by typing out what you want your notes to be formatted like and then click the Save Template button here:
We recommend that you create a test client to represent a specific situation, such as a first home buyer or someone with an existing relationship with the lender. Then, you can create a mock mortgage application and type out the Diary Notes just as you would with a real client. From here, you can then save those Diary Notes as a template for any future clients that you have with similar situations π
Loading a Template
After you have saved a few templates, click Load Template to load one of them:
Please use caution here as loading a template will overwrite anything currently existing content you've typed up. Trail adds a little warning message just to be sure you don't lose any info π
Sharing Templates
To share a template and have it be useable by others within your organisation, click the little tick marker that appears when saving a template, seen here:
Any templates shared with the organisation will be seen when loading templates π
You can share a personal template with your organisation by clicking Load Template then the three dots to the right hand side - then click Change to Organisation Template:
Renaming Templates
You can rename a template by clicking Load Template, then the three little dots on the right to bring up this menu:
Deleting Templates
βPLEASE BE CAREFUL. TRAIL CAN'T RESTORE DELETED TEMPLATESβ
You can delete a template by clicking Load Template, then the three dots to the right, and finally Delete Template:
