How the Client Interview Page works
This page is unlike the Fact Find - where the information is only visible to you, not to your client. This means unless you share your screen with your client, your client would not be able to view or edit this information π
It provides 4 sections (GPCT):
Goals
Plan
Challenges
Timing
You are able to provide details of your client's situation within these text boxes, as bullet points or otherwise, and refer to these anytime you needπ
Quick Tip! π‘ Click and drag the bottom right corner of the text box to expand the text box if you want to view all the text within it at once!
Insurance Specific
For insurance advice, you may need a few steps of Fact Gathering with your client before you are ready to make any recommendations.
Start with Trail's online Fact Find & Needs Analysis may become the basic information gathering.
β
You may choose to send it to your client to gather initial information about them (Fact Find), and what insurances they are interested in (Needs Analysis).
βPerform a Client Interview for further details & discussion of needs.
β
Have Trail open as you make notes on the Client Interview Page - or you can type on any Word/ Google doc and copy & paste into Trail afterwards.
βYou can switch to Fact Find sections or Needs Analysis sections if needed (for more info on doing these WITH client, click here).
This sets you up well for getting both the quantitative information you need and also the qualitative information so that you have an all-round understanding of your client before giving advice. ο»Ώβ ο»Ώ
