It's important to continuously review your client's current situation to ensure their investments are still relevant for them. Trail wants to make your life as easy as possible, which means that annually, an Activity and Opportunity will automatically be created for the client, as long as:
The client has an existing investment product
You have set up your automations
The Activity and Opportunity can be seen the Profile for the client.
The Opportunity will also join your Investment Servicing Pipeline.
And the Activity can be found on your Activities page.
