In the WAX Flow Builder, creating a form is done in two main steps:
1️⃣ Creating the template
2️⃣ Building the form with customized fields to collect the desired information.

Step 1: Creating the Template
The template is the message displayed before the user clicks to participate in the form.
1️⃣ Select the Form block in the Flow Builder.
2️⃣ Drag and drop the block into the workspace.
3️⃣ Click on "Select Template" to start creating the message.
4️⃣ Write your introduction message.
5️⃣ Once the text is finalized, click the button to create the template.
✅ The template is now ready.
Step 2: Creating the Form
Start building the form.
Access the configuration interface with various options and customizable buttons to collect customer data.
Available Field Types:
Text Input: Collects simple text information.
Text Area: A larger text field, ideal for detailed responses.
Field Configuration:
Link to a Contact Attribute:
Select an existing Contact Attribute or create a new one based on form needs.

Organizing Fields:
Define whether a field is mandatory or optional.
Drag and reorder fields to structure the form as needed.
Step 3: Validation and Submission
Once your form is created, save it.
Submit it for approval.
After approval, you can link it to a new template to confirm the collected information.
Step 4: Accessing Collected Data
To retrieve and analyze the form responses:

📌 Segment Creation: Use collected Contact Attributes to segment users based on their responses.
