Instant-Pay: How to Claim and Use

Learn how to claim and use your Instant Pay reward

Instant Pay lets you deposit the funds you received directly into a valid bank account with a Visa or Mastercard debit card.

Before redeeming, keep a few requirements in mind to ensure a smooth experience.

  • A Visa or Mastercard debit card issued by a licensed bank.

    • This card should be linked to a chequing or savings account

    • The card should have a 16-digit number, expiry, and CVV

  • Be 18 years or older.

  • Enabled for Online or "Card Not Present" transactions

  • Capable of receiving inbound deposits.

As long as you meet those requirements, you can use the Instant Pay reward.

Claim and Use Instant Pay

When you have received your reward, select "Instant Pay" if the sender has provided it. Depending on your region, the reward may show as "Instant Pay USA", "Instant Pay Eurozone", or "Instant Pay UK".

Once you confirm your selection, you will be asked to accept the privacy policy. Review the policy, check the box, and click "Get Started" to continue.

Next, you will be asked to provide your email in order to receive a verification code. Once provided, copy the code that was sent to your inbox and enter it to complete the verification.

With verification complete, you will next need to enter your information. This includes name, date of birth, and address.

The last step will be to enter your debit card details. This includes the name on the card, the 16-digit number, the expiration date, and the CVV.

Enter the information then save your card and click "Transfer Funds". You will see a confirmation that the transfer has been sent, and you should see it reflected in your bank account within 30 minutes.


FAQs and Support

Can I transfer the funds to my credit card or another account like PayPal?

No, funds can only be applied to a Visa or Mastercard Debit card that has 16 digits, an expiry, and CVV. The card also has to be associated with a valid chequing or savings account.

I received an Instant Pay reward and it is not in my currency or not set for my country. Can I still redeem it?

If you received an Instant Pay reward and are unable to redeem it due to it being the wrong currency or wrong country, reach out to support@giftbit.com.
