I lost my gift card/reward

If you have lost your reward, here are some steps you can take to find and gain access to the reward again.

Since rewards are often sent by email, it’s easy to lose track of them or accidentally delete the message during inbox clean-up.

There are a few ways you may have received your reward:

  • An email from gifts@giftbit.com

  • A direct link sent by the sender

  • Through an app created by the sender

Some reward types require additional steps to recover your card details. Below, you’ll find instructions for recovering lost rewards based on the type you received.

💡If you have lost the original email, or are uncertain which option below pertains to you, reach out to support@giftbit.com and our team can assist with recovering your reward.


Brand gift cards, Virtual Visa Incentive Card, Visa Prepaid eReward Card

If you’ve claimed a brand gift card (like Amazon.com or Walmart), a Virtual Visa Incentive Card, or a Visa Prepaid eReward card, you can access your reward using the original email or link you received.

Open that email or link and go through the claim steps again to return to your card details. For eReward Visa cards, you may need to click through a few additional steps to view your card information.

Physical Visa Incentive Card

If you’ve lost your Physical Visa Incentive Card, contact support@giftbit.com and include the phone number linked to the card. We’llconfirm your mailing address, cancel the original card, and send a replacement.

Important:
Reach out as soon as possible to reduce the risk of someone else using the card. If funds are used while the card is lost, they cannot be recovered.


Virtual Prepaid Mastercard® USD and CAD (My Prepaid Center)

The USD/CAD Virtual Prepaid Mastercard (hosted by My Prepaid Center) has its own card recovery process. You only need the email address originally used to claim the card.

  1. Enter your email address to receive a new access link.

  2. If you created an account during your initial claim, you’ll be prompted to log in instead.

Your card will be tied to your account if one was created. These steps apply to both USD and CAD cards.

Virtual Prepaid Mastercard:

Australian Virtual Prepaid Visa (My Prepaid Centre)

The AUD Virtual Prepaid Mastercard (hosted by My Prepaid Centre) has its own card recovery process. You only need the email address originally used to claim the card.

  1. Enter your email address to receive a new access link.

  2. If you created an account during your initial claim, you’ll be prompted to log in instead.

Your card will be tied to your account if one was created.


Virtual Prepaid Mastercard® USD and CAD (Digital Prepaid Rewards)

If your Virtual Prepaid Mastercard is hosted by Digital Prepaid Rewards, you’ll need access to your original reward email or link. On your reward page, find and copy your Order Reference Number.

  1. Click the Token tab.

  2. Enter your Order Reference Number.

GBP Virtual Prepaid Mastercard® (Purecard.com)

If you have lost the information for your GBP Mastercard, go to purecard.com and log in. Creating an account is part of their claim process so any cards you have claimed will be associated with your account on their site.
