The steps below cover how to claim your Visa incentive card whether it be the Virtual Visa incentive Card or the Physical Visa Incentive card.
💡The Visa Incentive card will expire at midnight UTC, 6 months after activation. Refer to your card information for that expiry and spend before expiration.
Claiming your Visa Card
Whether it be the Virtual or Physical option, the rewards available to you are set by the sender and Giftbit cannot change or swap rewards. Below are instructions on claiming the Visa cards if they have been provided to you as an option.
By claiming either of the these Visa cards (Giftbit managed) you are agreeing to our Card Holder Agreement.

Virtual Visa Incentive Card
In your offer email, click Claim Card
Select Enter Address Info
Enter your legal name, phone number and home address. This is your billing information.
P.O. Boxes are not accepted
Review and select Yup, Looks Okay.
Document the card details (Card Number, Expiration Date, & CVV) in a secure location
Once you see the card information you are good to start spending! The Virtual Visa does not require further activation. Information on using the card can be found here.
Physical Visa Incentive Card
In your offer email, click Claim Card
Select Enter Address Info
Enter your legal name, phone number and home address. This is your billing information.
P.O. Boxes are not accepted
Review and select Yup, Looks Okay.
Reward request will be processed and the physical card should arrive within 2-3 weeks of your claim date.
If the card has not arrived after 3 weeks, reach out to cardsupport@giftbit.com.
Activating your Physical Visa Incentive Card
Once you receive the physical Visa, follow these instructions to activate the card. If you have the virtual Visa, you do not need to activate the card once claimed.
Once the card has arrived, go to giftbit.com/activate
Enter the card number, expiry date and CVV
Create a four-digit PIN
Make sure it is a pin you will remember as you may need it for purchases.

💡A P.I.N. is a 4-digit code for the physical Visa Incentive Card that the recipient creates. This P.I.N. is to be used when making purchases at a US-Based retailer.
The P.I.N. should not be documented on the physical Visa Incentive Card or shared with others.
Giftbit Recommends: Select a secure P.I.N. that you will remember; the P.I.N. can not be reset. If you have forgotten the P.I.N. for the physical Visa Incentive Card, contact cardsupport@giftbit.com.
