Manage Projects

Search, edit, share, and delete every project you can access, all from one table.

Written by Holly Conrad Smith

Manage Projects is available on Team and Enterprise workspaces.

See your whole portfolio at once.

Manage Projects lists every project you have access to in a single spreadsheet-style table, so you can find, tidy up, and share projects in bulk instead of one at a time.

Finding a project

Type into the search box to filter the table. It matches against every column, not just the name.

Editing project details

Click a Name or Description cell, or any workspace property column your workspace has added, to edit it in place. Changes save automatically a moment after you stop typing.

To change several projects at once, select their rows and click Edit property. Choose the property, type the new value, and save.

The thumbnail can't be changed from this table. Change it in the project's Project Settings.

Opening a project

Click Open on any row to jump straight into that project.

Sharing projects

Select one or more rows with the checkboxes and click Share in the toolbar, or click Share on a single row. See Share Projects and Project Permissions for the full walkthrough of access levels.

You can only share projects you administer. If part of your selection isn't yours to share, Manage Projects will tell you and share only the rest.

Deleting projects

Select one or more rows and click Delete in the toolbar. You'll be asked to confirm before anything is removed.

Only project admins can delete a project. You'll see an error if you try to delete one you don't administer.

Seeing the whole workspace as an org admin

If you administer your workspace, tick on Audit mode at the top left to load every project across the whole org into the table the moment you open it, not just the ones you personally have access to. That gives you a single place to oversee, tidy up, and manage your org's entire portfolio. You'll see a "Loading all workspace projects…" indicator while it widens the fetch.
