What is Multi-Give?

Our Multi-Give feature allows donors to easily select multiple funds within your organization to donate to. This is all done on one form with the added benefit of being able to select different donation amounts to give to each unique fund, without submitting multiple transactions for each gift.

This feature also works seamlessly with reporting for your team to obtain the necessary information needed for fund reconciliation purposes.

What does Multi-Give Look Like?

After going through the initial steps to configure a multi-give form, you do have the option on how to present your category list: Dropdown or Field.

If you select the dropdown option, a basic multi-give form will look like this:

The donor will simply need to click the dropdown to populate the fund list:

They can also choose to give to another fund by clicking "+ Add Additional Gift" and selecting the other fund name from the second dropdown that populates:

If you select the Field option, a basic multi-give form will look like this:

The donor will simply need to start typing the name of the fund in the Fund Name box; any fund that matches the characters typed into the box will populate and the donor can select the correct fund from the generated list:

They can also choose to give to another fund by clicking "+ Add Additional Gift" and typing the name of the fund in Fund Name box:

How Does it Work?

Our Multi-Give feature allows you to import Donation Categories (a fund list) and corresponding metadata into a campaign within the platform. After importing your Donation Categories, you can enable Multi-Give on your form to present the list to your donors for them to select which fund(s) they would like to give to.
