Guide to Using the Multi-Location Feature

Updated yesterday

The Multi-Location feature in Give Me 5 enables businesses to manage reviews across multiple branches from a single dashboard. Available to users on the Large and Agency plans, this feature is ideal for businesses with several locations who want customers to select which branch they visited when leaving a review.

Benefits of the Multi-Location Feature

With the Multi-Location feature, you can:

  • Centralize Review Management: Manage feedback from all your branches in one place.

  • Enhance Customer Experience: Allow customers to select their specific location when leaving a review, ensuring accurate feedback.

  • Gain Location-Specific Insights: Track each branch's performance to make targeted improvements.

Setting Up Multi-Location Profiles

Follow these steps to create a main location and sub-location profiles:

  1. Click on “New Company Profile”

    • From your Give Me 5 dashboard, click on New Company Profile to start setting up a new location.

  2. Select Location Type

    • Select Main Location for your central profile or Sub Location if this is an additional branch under the main location.

  3. Enter Location Details

    • Fill in the details for the location, such as the name, address, and any other necessary information. Each location will have its own profile with these details.

  4. Link Sub-Locations to the Main Location

    • Once the sub-location profile is created, go to the location’s settings and select the Main Location from the dropdown list. This links the sub-location to the main branch, consolidating review management.

  5. Customize the Review Page Layout

    • To enable customers to choose which location they visited when leaving a review, navigate to Customization Options > Review Page.

    • Select a review page layout that displays all sub-locations. This allows customers to choose their specific location from a list on the review page, making it easy to leave accurate feedback.

Tips for Multi-Location Review Management

  • Provide Consistent Branding: Customize each location profile with consistent branding elements to ensure a unified brand experience.

  • Encourage Customers to Choose a Location: When sharing your review link, prompt customers to select the location they visited to ensure location-specific feedback.
