Steps to Modify Notification Email Settings
Access Notification Settings:
Click on the 'Notifications' tab located in the left navigation menu of your dashboard.
Configure Notification Recipients:
By default, notifications are sent to the registered email address associated with your account. To add additional email addresses, enter them in the 'Notification Email' field.
Choose Notification Frequency:
You have three options for how often you receive email notifications:
Daily Notification: Receive a summary of reviews every day.
Weekly Notification: Receive a summary of reviews once a week.
Monthly Notification: Receive a summary of reviews once a month.
Save Your Settings:
Click on the ‘Save Changes’ button to apply your selected notification frequency.
You will now receive email notifications with a detailed summary of your reviews according to the frequency you selected. This will help you stay informed about customer feedback and manage your reviews more effectively.
