How does Private Feedback works?

As a business owner, managing both positive and negative customer feedback tactfully is essential for your business's success. With the GiveMe5 smart Private Feedback feature, you can easily collect responses and communicate efficiently with your customers.

Identify the author of the private review by clicking on the 'View Details' link. A popup will appear with all the customer's details.

You have the unique ability to turn dissatisfied customers into happy ones by understanding their problems.

To respond to customer feedback, click on the 'Respond' button at the bottom right corner of each private review box. A popup will appear on your screen; fill in your response in the reply box and click the 'Send Reply' button.

We’ve also provided templates for responding which can be modified by you under the Template Settings of the 'Get Reviews' tab. Read the helpful article: How to customize Email and SMS/Text Template Settings?

Once you click on the desired text, it will be displayed in the reply box. You can then send it by clicking on the 'Send Reply' button.

Submitted responses will be displayed within the 'Private Feedback'.

The reviewer will receive this response via email.
