Overview
My Reviews is your workspace for every review GiveMe5 has pulled in across connected platforms. You can find specific feedback, filter by time and platform, reply in one place, and keep your response tracking accurate.
From here you can:
See how you’re doing overall — average NPS and average star rating for the reviews you’re viewing
Find reviews fast — search, quick filters, and detailed filters
Respond — AI-suggested replies, your own wording, or copy-and-open on platforms that don’t post through GiveMe5
Track responses — mark reviews you answered outside GiveMe5
Share great reviews — branded images and shareable links (paid plans)
Run policy checks — for eligible low-star Google reviews (paid plans)
Add reviews manually — when you collected feedback outside connected sources (requires Manager access or above)
On small screens, when your plan includes it, an AI reputation summary may appear above the list.
See your summary stats
At the top, you’ll see your average NPS and average star rating for the reviews currently loaded for your filters and pagination. Use these as a quick pulse check before you dive into individual cards.
Search for a reviewer
Use the search box to find a review by reviewer name. The list updates after a short pause while you type. Clear the box to show everyone again.
Use quick filters
Quick filter chips jump to common views (for example, all reviews, responded, not responded, low ratings, and — when your plan includes it — reviews flagged for policy checks). Tap a chip to apply it; the list refreshes right away.
Open detailed filters
Open Filters to combine:
Filter | Options |
Period | Presets such as today, yesterday, last 7 days, this month, or a custom date range |
Platform | One or more review sources (e.g. Google, Facebook) |
Sentiment | Positive, neutral, or negative |
Status | Responded or not responded |
Rating | 1–5 stars |
Tags | Tags you’ve applied to reviews |
Choose Apply to refresh the list, or Clear all to reset every filter.
Read a review card
Each card shows who left the review, when it was posted, which platform it’s on, the star rating, and the full text. When your plan includes sentiment analysis, you’ll also see an overall sentiment label and the words that drove it. On Free plan you don’t get the full sentiment breakdown — you need a paid plan that includes this feature.
Area | What it means |
Reviewer & platform | Who wrote the review and where it lives |
Rating & date | Stars and when it was published |
Review text | The customer’s message |
Sentiment & keywords | How the message reads overall and key terms (when included in your plan) |
Reply to a review
Reply with AI
You need a plan that includes AI reply generation. Click Reply with AI to create a suggested response from the review text. You can generate again for another option (up to 5 AI options per review), move between options with the previous/next controls, edit the text, then submit.
Write your own
Use Write my own to clear AI text and type freely, then submit.
Submit
For Google and Facebook, your reply can post through GiveMe5 when the integration supports it. For other platforms, use Copy and go to [platform] to copy your text and open the site so you can paste there.
For reviews whose source is GiveMe5, when an email address is on file you may get a control that opens your email app to write the customer directly.
Viewer role cannot use Reply with AI or submit replies.
Mark a review as responded
If you already replied on the platform itself, turn on I’ve responded to this review so GiveMe5 counts it as answered. You normally can’t turn this back off after it’s on — use it when you’re sure.
Edit a published reply
For Google and Facebook replies that were sent through GiveMe5, Edit reply lets you change the text and save again. Other platforms don’t support editing the live reply from here.
Refresh a Google review
On Google reviews, you can refresh the copy GiveMe5 has from Google to match what’s on the live listing. You need a paid plan to run a refresh. After a successful refresh, you must wait about five minutes before you can refresh that same review again.
Check Google policy (low stars)
For Google reviews of 3 stars or below that haven’t been checked yet, Check policy runs an analysis against Google’s content rules and may help you decide if a review could be reported. You cannot complete the check on Free plan. Results and badges (such as non-compliant, tracking removal, or removed) appear when your plan includes policy detection.
Share a review
Use Share to open two paths:
Image — Pick layout, size, and styling; download a PNG or post to social channels from the preview.
Link — Set how long the link stays valid, generate it, then copy and send.
You cannot use Share on Free or Free Trial plans — you need a paid plan.
Add a review manually
Click Add review (top of the page) to enter a review that wasn’t synced from a platform. Viewer role cannot add reviews — you need Manager or higher.
Turn on AI Auto Response
AI Auto Response automatically posts replies to new reviews using your chosen tone and minimum star rating. Open the toggle next to the label to set options or turn the feature off.
You cannot use AI Auto Response on Free or Free Trial plans. Viewer role cannot change this setting.
Move through pages
Use the pager at the bottom to load more reviews when your location has more than fit on one page. Change page size if that control is available.
Tips
Start with the Not responded quick filter to clear your reply backlog.
Use tags on reviews so you can filter recurring themes later (when tagging is available on your plan).
Save a Share image style once so future posts stay on-brand.
For Google, occasional refresh keeps what you see in GiveMe5 aligned with the live listing.
Frequently asked questions
Can I reply to every platform from inside GiveMe5?
Google and Facebook often support posting through GiveMe5. For others, you copy your reply and finish on that platform’s site.
What’s the limit on AI reply suggestions?
Each review allows up to five AI-generated options. After that, write your own or edit the last suggestion.
How is AI Auto Response different from Reply with AI?
Reply with AI suggests text you review and send yourself. AI Auto Response sends replies automatically as new reviews arrive, using your tone and star-rating rules.
Who can’t use AI Auto Response?
Users on Free or Free Trial plans, and Viewer role users for the toggle.
What does sentiment mean on a card?
GiveMe5 classifies the wording as positive, neutral, or negative and can highlight which words drove that. You need a plan that includes sentiment analysis for the full breakdown.
Why don’t I see Check policy on every Google review?
It appears for 3 stars or below when a check hasn’t been run yet. Completing a check requires a paid plan.
Why can’t I edit some replies?
Only Google and Facebook replies posted through GiveMe5 support Edit reply here.
