Overview
Open Surveys from the sidebar. The main screen shows a search box, a status filter, Data mapping, Create survey, and a sortable table of surveys.
What you can do here:
Find surveys — search by name; filter by All, Active, Draft, or Paused
Open Data mapping — configure URL parameters for integrations (see Data mapping for survey URLs)
Create a survey — opens Survey builder for a new draft
Open analytics or keep editing — row actions and row clicks route to Survey reports or Survey builder as described below
Opening the builder, reports, or live survey
Click a row (outside the actions):
If the survey is Draft and has no published version yet, you go to Survey builder.
Otherwise you open Survey reports for that survey.
Actions (icons on the right):
Control | What it does |
Edit (pencil) | Opens Survey builder for this survey. |
Reports (chart) | Opens Survey reports. Hidden for a brand-new draft that has not been published yet. |
Open live survey (external link) | Opens the public survey URL in a new tab. Hidden for that same brand-new draft case. |
More (⋯) | Duplicate, Pause or Activate (depending on status), and Delete. |
