Creating a givestar account takes less than two minutes. You can sign up via the website or the app.
Sign up on givestar.io
Go to givestar.io and click Sign Up in the top right corner
Click Use Email and enter your name, email address, and a password, then click Continue
Check your inbox for a verification email from givestar and enter the code
Fill in the remaining details and click Create Account
You'll land on your homepage where you can create your first fundraising page
You can also sign up using your Google account by clicking Continue with Google.

Download the givestar app from the App Store or Google Play
Open the app and tap Sign Up
Choose Use Email, Continue with Google, or Sign in with Apple*
Follow the on-screen steps to verify your email and complete your profile
*Sign in with Apple is only available on the givestar app, not on givestar.io.
Verification email not arriving?
If you don't receive your verification email within a few minutes:
Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure you entered your email address correctly — look out for typos
Try requesting a new code from the sign-up screen
If you signed up with Google, you won't receive a verification email — use Continue with Google to sign in instead
Already have an account?
If you've donated or fundraised on givestar before, you may already have an account. Try signing in with the email you used at the time — including any old or work email addresses. If you're unsure, use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in page to check.
