On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? and enter your email address. A reset link will be sent to your inbox. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

Note: if you signed up with Google or Apple, you don't have a givestar password — sign in using those options instead.

At the moment, customers cannot make this change themselves, and the givestar team will need to update it on their behalf.
