Thanking your donors is one of the most meaningful things you can do — and it encourages future giving.
Thanking your donors is currently only available in the givestar app.
Who donated to your page?
You can see a list of donors on your fundraising page — their names (or "Anonymous" if they chose to hide their donation) and the amounts given are displayed publicly. To view the full donor list:
Go to your fundraising page on givestar.io or the givestar app
Scroll to the Donations section
Thanking donors personally
To thank your donors, please do the following:
Download and log in to the givestar app
You'll land on the FUNDRAISE section, where you will see your page under 'Your Fundraising pages'
Tap on your page to visit it, and scroll down to find your donation list
You should see an option to 'Say Thanks', tap on this.
Select the donors you want to say thanks to
Click continue and then write your message. You can update the emoji you send as well.
You can message them all at once, or individually with their own message.
Once you have thanked your donors, you will not be able to thank them again.
