Discover the functionality of the G.J. Manage mobile app interface, empowering you to efficiently oversee quality assurance and jobs. Seamlessly navigate through key features to boost productivity.

Jobs

Effortlessly navigate your jobs list, filter by status, and mark favourites for quick access. Users require list/view jobs permission to view the list. Key details like job number, customer name, and site address are displayed, with the option to refine searches using the search bar. Colour-coded markers indicate job statuses, and a QA checklist is accessible directly. Users can favourite jobs for priority access, and system admins have additional filter options.

Note: Users must have the list/view jobs permission in their office role to be able to see the jobs list.

To-Dos

The To-Do menu provides users with a comprehensive overview of all to-do tasks originating from G.J. Software. Here, users can effortlessly access their to-do tasks, pertinent links to G.J. Software, and associated documents, facilitating seamless task management. By default, users are directed to their to-do task inbox, where they can efficiently complete pending tasks. To view task details, users simply need to click on the task. Additionally, users have the option to toggle and view their completed tasks for a comprehensive overview of their task history.

Settings

The settings menu serves as the hub for various controls within the application. Here, users can conveniently log out of the app for secure access management. Additionally, the "What's New" section offers a link to updates and release notes, ensuring users stay informed about new features and enhancements. Furthermore, users can find the version number of the app in the settings menu, which is crucial information to share when troubleshooting any issues with the app.
