What do I do if an item I purchased online is faulty?

If your item was purchased online and:

Please contact us with the following details so we can address it quickly.

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the fault

  • Images of item/s

All returns must be to the original purchase location. Items purchased online cannot be returned instore.

If we find that the item is not faulty or damaged, it is your responsibility to retrieve the item/s. glamaCo will not pay to send these item/s back to you.

If you purchase an item with a warranty, please ensure that you complete any warranty registration information contained within the packaging within 7 days of receiving your delivery to ensure the warranty is valid.
