Is faulty or damaged and is covered by a warranty period,
Is not an item from a brand covered by those respective manufacturers' warranties,
Please return to the store of purchase with your original receipt or bank statement for the item/s as well as the actual faulty item/s and our customer service team will be able to provide assistance for you.
All returns must be to the original purchase location. Items purchased instore cannot be returned online.
Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase.
If you purchase an item with a warranty, please ensure that you complete any warranty registration information contained within the packaging to ensure the warranty is valid.
