Receive Error Message When Viewing Card Details

If you receive an error message when trying to open or view details about your gift card in the Glede app, it can often be resolved with a simple step:

🔄 Try this first:

  1. Turn off Wifi so you are on mobile network

  2. Close the app completely

  3. Reopen the app and try again

This resolves the issue in most cases.

  • Restart your phone
