Don't get a one-time code on SMS when logging in

If you don't receive the one-time code by SMS when you try to log in to the Glede app, there are several possible reasons - and fortunately simple solutions.

βœ… Check this first:

  1. Double check the phone number
    Make sure you enter the correct phone number - and that it's the same number the gift is sent to.

  2. Has the gift been sent to the wrong number?
    You can change the phone number to your own here:

  3. Wait a few minutes and try again
    Sometimes the SMS provider has temporary delays. Wait a couple of minutes and try again - it's often resolved quickly.
