If you don't receive the one-time code by SMS when you try to log in to the Glede app, there are several possible reasons - and fortunately simple solutions.

Double check the phone number
Make sure you enter the correct phone number - and that it's the same number the gift is sent to.Has the gift been sent to the wrong number?

Sometimes the SMS provider has temporary delays. Wait a couple of minutes and try again - it's often resolved quickly.
