My package was "Returned to Sender." What now?

If your package is headed back to us, it’s usually because the address was incomplete, incorrect, or the driver couldn’t access your spot. You have two choices:

  1. Reship it: We can send it back out to a corrected address for at no extra cost to you.

  2. Refund it: We can refund the cost of the products (please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable).
