If your package is headed back to us, it’s usually because the address was incomplete, incorrect, or the driver couldn’t access your spot. You have two choices:
Reship it: We can send it back out to a corrected address for at no extra cost to you.
Refund it: We can refund the cost of the products (please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable).
