You can personalize your overview page to show just the information that is relevant for you:

  • Task calendars for specific roles.

  • Cases you are involved in.

  • Work instructions that matter to you.

  • Book marks

  • Form data

  • ... and much more.

This is how you do it:

  1. Set filters to find exactly the processes, activities, tasks or cases that are important to you.

  2. Save the filters.

  3. Show the content from specific filters in 'cards' on the Overview page by

  4. Going to 'Overview', then clicking 'Settings':

In the 'settings' menu you can now:

  1. Reorder the position of cards by dragging and dropping.

  2. Uncheck any cards that you want to hide.

  3. Click to add more cards from any filters that have been saved on other pages.

  4. Adjust the number of columns that each card should use. E.g. if you want to show cases in full width you can use three columns.

Pro tip: Did you know, it is possible to display form data on your overview page?

You might have noticed that not only saved filters show on the list you can build a customized card from on your overview page. All forms available to you are also on the list.

That means that you can show form data from any form on the list. Once you have added a card to your overview, you can filter what data from the form you want to show. Click settings on the card and choose the form fields you want displayed on your card.

You can also filter on the individual fields in the form, only displaying some of the selections made by users when filling in the form.

This let you get the exact overview of form data you need!

Keep in mind that the overview described in this article is personal and only viewable to the user that you have logged in with.

You might also be interested in knowing how to change and create presets for the overview page, allowing your organisation to offer pre-defined overviews for all users besides their personal overview. The account owner is able to either edit the existing presets or create new presets to share with other users. Read more about how to do that in our article on presets.
