Gluu has a lot of features and to simplify the user experience, we have introduced 'work views'. These are preset 'Overview' pages that allow admin users to highlight exactly the information that is relevant to an account users. These views also hide irrelevant navigation items for simplicity. We currently offer five views:

  1. 'Viewer' - made for users with Starter plans that just want to see comments and work instructions from the processes that their roles are part of.

  2. 'Worker' - for users with Pro plans that want to see the tasks and cases from the processes that they work with.

  3. 'Process Manager' - use this is if you are an editor or owner of one or more processes and you want to manage these.

  4. 'Account owner' - use this if you have the right as 'Account Manager' and want to supervise and manage the governance and development of your process hierarchy and its processes and process owners.

  5. 'Personal' - your own unique selection of content for whichever need you have. This article explains how any user can customize this overview.

If you want to customize one of the views to better match your organization's needs then your can do this by:

  1. selecting the view you want to change

  2. clicking 'Settings' next to the view

  4. now the updated view will be available for all users.

Account owners can disable any preset they do not want available to the users in account settings.

Below is a summary of each view:
