When you create or join a challenge, you'll automatically be added to a team chat channel (where you can engage with your teammates) and a challenge chat channel (where you can engage with all those in the challenge). You can also direct message (DM) people on GoJoe. When you participate in a journey you'll automatically be added to a journey chat.

You can find these chat channels by pressing the 'More' icon from the main navigation bar at the bottom of the GoJoe app. Press on chat, you can find it just below settings. You'll then see tabs at the top which are as follows:-

​Direct - DMs appear here.
​Team - Your team chat channels appear here.
​Challenge - Your challenge chat channels appear here.

Organization - Your organization chat channels appear here.

When taking part in a challenge, you can also access the Challenge chat group directly from the ‘Challenge’ page by pressing into the challenge overview, and then pressing ‘Chat’ on the tabs at the top of the screen.

To report inappropriate content, hold down on the message and press "Flag Message" or alternatively contact support.
