Stable connection

Firstly your activity might not be syncing because you are not connected properly. You can learn how to connect your wearable by reading this article here. Connecting with Samsung Health will take extra steps but you can find out how to connect here.

Activities not Steps

Many wearable apps will record your daily walking/step. This data is not transferred to GoJoe and only designated activities completed on your wearable device/app will be transferred.

Non compatible sports

Not all sports that you can complete on wearable devices are able to be transferred to GoJoe. GoJoe supports around 51+ sports in the app, when a wearable is connected these 51+ activities in other apps will be transferred to GoJoe. We also support other activity types that are not in GoJoe if there is a similar sport of an equal effort level, for example, we do not have a designated sport for Softball but if you complete it on a wearable device it will be treated in GoJoe as Baseball activity. Sports that are not supported in GoJoe will have an equivalent activity transferred, some of these include Motorsports, Polo, and Frisbee. Also, some wearable apps have a sport designated as "Other", because we cannot accurately award points to such a broad category we cannot transfer over points. Be sure to contact help@gojoe.com if you wish to know if your wearable activity is transferable.

Transferred after syncing

If you have synced your wearable app/device you may expect to find your previous activities not transferred to GoJoe. Activities do not get transferred until after the wearable is synced with GoJoe. To get the points for this activity you will have to use manual input to backdate the activity. This can be completed by reading the following article.
