Cycling accrues points on GoJoe based on distance covered. If your cycle workout is sent to GoJoe from a wearable with zero distance, it can sometimes result in your getting zero points. If that happens, to ensure you don't miss out, the easiest way is to either manually add the activity as a cycle (if you know the distance) or manually add it as a spin - which accrues points based upon the duration (if you don't know the distance).
