We don't pull over historic activities from wearables i.e. those that were recorded on your wearable before the date that you synced your device to GoJoe. Activities that are logged to your wearable after the date you sync will come over to GoJoe.

The reason for GoJoe not pulling activities recorded to wearables before the date that you synced the device to GoJoe is based on user feedback from our community of Joes - there were scenarios where people had joined challenges in the closing hours and then automatically and inadvertently went to the top of the leaderboard which ruined the experience for others.

We therefore don't pull historic activities from wearables (i.e. those that were done before you establish the connection between the wearable and GoJoe). However, any missing activities can be added via manual input to ensure you don't miss out and once you establish the connection future workouts will pull over.
