Introduction

Integration with Worldpay in Golfmanager allows you to process online payments quickly and securely. It also allows you to store cards, facilitating future payments without having to re-enter your details.

With this feature, customers can pay with credit or debit cards and manage their transactions easily.

How to install Worldpay

  • Option 1: Installation via Terminal

If you prefer manual installation, use the following command in the terminal:

  • Option 2: Installation from the App Market

    • Go to the App Market.

    • Search for Worldpay and install the module.

How to configure Worldpay

To start using Worldpay, you need to enter some Worldpay account details.

Important: If you do not have a Worldpay account, you can request a free trial account (sandbox). However, the credentials must be provided by the Worldpay team.

  • Required details

    • Username

    • Password

    • Checkout ID

    • Entity ID

    • Currency (Example: EUR)

    • Business name (Your company name)

    • Production mode

      • Enabled: Processes real payments.

      • Disabled: For testing purposes only (sandbox).

  • Where to enter this information

    • Main menu > Worldpay > Worldpay settings

How Worldpay payments work

Making an online payment

When a customer makes a card payment, they have the option to save their card for future purchases. If they choose this option:

  • Their card will be securely tokenised.

  • A token will be generated so that it can be reused for future payments without having to re-enter the details.

  • The masked card number will be stored in the system.

Paying with a saved card

If a customer has already saved a card from a previous purchase, it will appear in their list of payment options, allowing them to select it without having to re-enter it.

Processing a refund

If a refund is required:

  • Go to Main Menu > Reservations > Occupancy.

  • Select the reservation to be refunded.

  • Execute the full or partial refund of the payment.

Where to view payments history

All transactions made with Worldpay can be viewed at:

  • Main menu > Worldpay > Worldpay transactions

Here you can view the details of each payment, including saved cards and processed refunds. We have organised the table to show the most recent transactions at the top.
