Introduction
The functionality to purchase and dispense balls directly from the app has been integrated, allowing players to obtain balls in two ways:
Using their ball voucher.
Paying by credit card directly at the machine's dataphone. For this, it is a prerequisite that the club has Redsys active as a payment gateway.
This functionality significantly improves the user experience and brings multiple benefits to the club:
Seamless experience: Quick purchase and no need to top-up manually or use printed QR codes.
Automation of the process: The dispensing of balls is done automatically after completing the purchase.
Direct and secure payment: Thanks to the integration with Redsys, efficient and secure payment management is guaranteed.
Full control: All transactions are recorded in the system, facilitating both administration and traceability.
Flow of use for the player
From the home page of the app, access the section to buy balls.
Select the number of balls to buy (e.g. 20, 30, 50 balls).
Choose the payment method:
With voucher: The amount of balls will be deducted from the active voucher.
By credit card: Hold your credit card up to the machine's dataphone.
The balls will be dispensed automatically.
Configuration and activation
Installation of the module
To enable the integration, it is necessary to install the corresponding module, Custos Ball Machine. For more information on how to contract and download this module, please contact our support team.

Important: If the club has several ball machines, a purchase option must be created for each available machine.

Configure the following fields:
Voucher type: Select the one corresponding to the ball machine (must have been previously created in the Voucher configuration).

User: golfmanager
Password: Fixed for all machines.
Note: The only configuration that varies between machines is the IP of the machine, which is assigned by the provider.
Configuration of the home button
In order for users to quickly access the ball purchase, a card must be created on the main screen of the app:
Go to the Settings Menu > CRM > Home Cards.
Create a new card and fill in the following fields:
