Introduction

The integration of Flutterwave into Golf Manager allows you to process online payments securely and efficiently. It also offers the option to save cards to facilitate future payments without having to re-enter the details.

How to install Flutterwave

  • Option 1: Installation via Terminal

If you prefer manual installation, use the following command in the terminal:

  • Option 2: Installation from the App Market. To do this, you would need to contact our support team to download the module.

    • Go to the App Market.

    • Search for the Flutterwave module and download it.

How to configure Flutterwave

To start using Flutterwave, you need to enter certain data that can be obtained from the Flutterwave control panel.

Important: If you do not have a production account, you can create a free sandbox account using a Golfmanager email address.

  • Required data

    • Merchant ID

    • Public Key

    • Secret Key

    • Encryption Key

    • Currency (Example: EUR)

    • Production Mode

      • Enabled: Processes real payments.

      • Disabled: Only allows testing (sandbox).

  • Where to enter this information

    • Main menu > Flutterwave > Flutterwave settings

How Flutterwave payments work

Making an online payment

Customers can pay by card, bank transfer or USSD via Flutterwave Checkout.

Saving a card for future payments

  • During the payment process, the customer can select the Save Card option.

  • The card will be stored securely in the merchant's Flutterwave account.

  • For future purchases, the card will appear as a payment option without the need to re-enter it.

Processing a refund

If a refund is required:

  • Go to Main Menu > Reservations > Occupancy.

  • Select the reservation to be refunded.

  • Execute the full or partial refund of the payment.

Transaction history

All transactions made with Flutterwave can be viewed in:

  • Main Menu > Flutterwave > Flutterwave Transactions

Here you can view the status of payments, saved cards, and processed refunds.
