Section: Main Menu > Configuration > Simec Configuration
After downloading the module from our App Market you will need to load all machines in V3. To do this, follow the following steps:
Click on Main Menu / Configuration / SIMEC Configuration .
Click on New .
In the General section we are going to identify the machine.
Add a Description for this machine. Ex. Left ball machine.
Fill in the API ID for this machine. Ex. 1.
Fill in the IP Address where the machine is connected. Ex. 19.19.215.115:444. ç
Fill in the Operation code . The operation allows you to have various types of transactions. Normally the ball machine always charges the same amount (e.g. €1), or a turnstile only needs an OK/KO to let a customer in or not. But it may be that your ball machine supports various quantities (30 or 60 balls). Therefore, 30 balls can be operation 1, and 60 balls can be operation 2. In the case of the lathe, option 1 can open it and show that you are going to the spa, while operation 2 shows that you are going to the gym. . So, typically, you'll put a 1 here .
In the Sales section we are going to configure how transactions will be saved in the system, to do this:
- Fill in a Description . This text will be reflected in the movements of each client's bonus. Eg. Basket of 30 balls.
- Search and select the Type of bonus from which the balance will be deducted. Ex. Wallet bonus.
- Fill in the Amount that you are going to discount with each transaction. Ex. 1.
With this example configuration, every time the client wants to take out balls, as long as he has a balance, 1 unit (€1) will be deducted from his wallet bonus with the concept of Basket of 30 balls .
