Once a club repair order has been completed by the technician or received by the club from an offsite vendor, you can move the repair order to the "Repairs Complete" state on the dashboard.

To do this, follow these instructions:
Go to Services > Club Repairs > Dashboard, find the repair in the "Repairs In Progress" stage you would like to move to completed, and click "Next."
Enter the "Completion Date", listed as the current date by default (as shown below).
Review the fields and enter other information if possible.
Review the customer's notification settings (and make any changes if necessary).
Click "Mark Completed."
After completing the steps above, the repair order will then be placed in the "Repairs Completed" stage (as shown below).
Once completed, you can start the process of finalizing the club repair.

Automated Notification:
The customer will also receive an email notification (if enabled) and text message notification (if enabled) confirming that their repair is in progress or completed. You can customize the automated notification to include a personalized message to the individual by clicking "Edit this specific message." For automated emails, you can view the Email Delivery Report to ensure emails were delivered successfully and identify those that were not. Click Here for more details.
