Overview:
Golf Genius - Golf Shop has a dedicated Club Repair Dashboard that you can access by going to Services > Club Repairs > Dashboard to manage your club repairs (as shown below).
When viewing the dashboard, your club repair orders will be organized into stages (as shown below).
For completed details about the Club Repair Dashboard, Click Here.
Club Repair Process:
Every club repair goes through a workflow and three stages on the dashboard.
Below is a summary of the workflow:
Entering Club Repairs: The first step is to enter the details of the club repair. You can select the member or enter guest information, enter technician or notify technical of an order, define the repair type, enter club repair details, and more. Once club repair orders have been entered, they will be placed in the "Repairs Entered" stage. Text and email notifications may also be sent to the technician. For more details on this step, Click Here.
Starting Club Repairs: The club repair process can continue after club repair orders have been entered and assigned to a technician or offsite vendor. When the technician starts the club repair, or the club(s) are sent to the offsite vendor, the order can be moved to the "Repairs in Progress" stage. Text and email notifications may also be sent to the customer. For more details on this step, Click Here.
Marking Clubs Repairs as Completed: When a club repair has been completed by the technician or received from the offsite club repair vendor, the orders can be moved to the "Repairs Complete" stage. Text and email notifications may also be sent to the customer once the order is moved to this stage. For more details on this step, Click Here.
Finalizing Club Repairs: Once a club repair is completed by the technician or is delivered from the offsite vendor, it goes through the process of being finalized. The order may need to be marked as charged, the vendor invoice received, and the customer should have the order in hand. Once the club repair is finalized, it will be removed from the dashboard after 24 hours. For more details on finalizing orders, Click Here.
Follow up with the Member/Guest: Follow up with a member/guest regarding their club repair with an Automated Email and Automated Text Message. This allows you to have one more "touch" with your members and guest to ensure the repair was satisfactory, express gratitude, ask for feedback, or just ask if they need any additional assistance.
