As your list of current and past (i.e., completed) Tasks grow, it is important to quickly find and access the task information. You can do this by filtering and searching for tasks on the Task Dashboard. When searching, you can use one of the following methods:

In this article, we will provide instructions on these methods to find tasks.
Filtering Tasks
When using the filter, you can filter tasks by assignee and task tags. To filter tasks, follow these instructions:
Go to Staff > Tasks > Dashboard.
Click "Advanced Filter" and select one or more search filters:
Assignee: Filter by an individual or group. Note: If filtering by an individual, any tasks for a group they are assigned to will be displayed.
Task Tag: Filter by a task tag. Note: Tasks with multiple tags may also be displayed.
The task will be filtered immediately to display the results (as shown below).
Note: To clear the filter, click "Reset all Filters."
Quick Search Tasks
If you have specific details for a task and want to search by text, use the quick search at the top of the Dashboard. The quick search allows you to search by assignee, task tag, group, or other information (as shown below). Note: To clear the search, just press the eraser button.
