How can I change my default club repair label template?

Updated over 2 months ago

Q: I have created my own club repair label, however, when I try to print a club repair label from a club repair on the club repair dashboard (Services > Club Repair > Dashboard), it is not using the labels I created. How can I change the default label template?

A: To update your default club repair label template, go to the Report Center > Page Composer. To ensure you are capturing the appropriate details on your labels, separate reports should be made for:

  • Club Repairs (For more details about creating Club Repair labels, Click Here.)

  • Demo Clubs (For more details about creating Demo labels, Click Here.)

  • Rentals (For more details about creating Rental labels, Click Here.)

  • Members/Guests (For more details about creating Member/Guest labels, Click Here.)

Edit an existing club repair label report, or create a new one, and in the section "Quick Access", check the box for "This is my default barcode template" (as shown below).

If the default system club repair label template does not meet your specifications, Click Here for instructions on how to make your own club repair labels. Once a label is defined as the default, it will be flagged in the Report Center, so you can easily identify it later (as shown below).

Once your default club repair label is selected, when you print a club repair label from the dashboard (as shown below), the selected default club repair label will be used.
