  • Delivery Guarantee: If you opt to have your order delivered, we guarantee you'll receive it within 3 business days. 
  • Order Satisfaction: If your item does not match the description, please notify us within 3 days of pickup or delivery. After we verify your claim, we'll refund payment. If we don't hear from you within 3 days after your order is delivered, we'll assume everything is fine. 
  • Fraud Protection: All financial information is encrypted, secured and never shared.

Returns

If your item does not match the description or there is an undisclosed issue with the item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.  After we receive your item and verify your claim, we'll happily refund your payment.

If we don't hear from you within 3 days of receiving your order, we'll assume everything is A-OK. After 3 days, you assume full responsibility and liability for the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in.

Please note we do not accept returns on car seat adaptors.  

Cancellations 

If you decide to cancel your order, no problem!  Just let us know and we will issue you a refund via Good Buy Bucks, minus a $5 restocking fee. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received, we will send you an email with an update on your refund request. Please allow 3-5 business days to process a refund request. We will issue you a refund via Good Buy Bucks, minus a $5 restocking fee.  Please note we do not refund shipping or delivery charges. 

Partial Refunds 

There are certain situations where partial refunds or store credit may be granted:

  • Any item where the condition was not accurately reflected in the seller's description or a piece is missing
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery

Late Refund?

If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it, feel free to contact us at connect@goodbuygear.com.  There’s a good chance your refund has been issued and your bank or credit card company has not yet posted the credit (usually takes 3-5 business days), but we’re happy to provide you with a status update on our end.

Shipping/Delivery

To return your product, please mail or drop off your product to: 6076 W 55th Ave, Arvada, CO 80002.  If you would like us to pick it up or send you a return label just let us know!  We will simply deduct the cost of the shipping label or pick-up fee from your refund.

When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping/delivery will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
