Audiences are split into two tabs: All Contacts & Lists
All Contacts: This is where you can filter your contacts, add them to a campaign, search by first and last name, and view contacts details.
Lists: Your audience lists are organized here for you to be able to track, whether it is a segment, uploaded, or CRM synced audience.
Audience segmenting is how you break down larger lists into smaller ones for more specified messaging and targeting.
