Spring is finally here in Toronto (although, I disagree) and we have launched our biggest update yet. Over the last few months, we have spoken to many of our power users and looked at ways to get more done with less work. Today's update is the first big step in that direction. As always, we look forward to your feedback.
Today, let me walk you through the new features for this release. Use the links below to navigate to different sections.
A visual refresh
With this update, we wanted to bring our workspace visually closer to our mission of powering human to human connection. Our new logo reflects this vision, as does the visual refresh, refined layout and not to be missed, new icons. You'll find the new layout in both the web app and new mobile app.
Assignment Groups
As admins, you know exactly who should be speaking to a prospect at any stage. Whether you use spreadsheet or a CRM, admins have 'business logic' for who should communicate with which prospects. Assignment groups allow you to create an "assignment logic" which uses the values stored in a custom attribute to decide the logic. Read more here.
Better workspace management (duplicate a campaign, delete drafts)
With this update, admins will find more ways to create and launch campaigns with fewer clicks. You can duplicate an active campaign and re-use settings. To read what settings are carried over, click here. We have also added the ability to update an existing audience. You can simply go to an audience and upload new contacts into an existing group. Additionally, these contacts can be added to an existing campaign as well.
On-screen script
We recently added a teleprompter in the Goodkind app to increase the usability of scripts (without losing the authenticity of a video message). To help you make the most of this on-script functionality, we have simplified how you can add captions in a new campaign.
Caption suggestions
One of the more significant updates in this release is adding more ways to manage captions generated by the Goodkind AI. As many of you may have noticed and called out, the AI's errors typically follow a pattern, often linked to the storyteller's unique diction and word choice. Now when you make a change to a caption, you are prompted with the option to add a new "suggestion".
Goodkind automatically generates captions when videos are uploaded. We now compare the auto-generated captions, which includes a confidence score for each word, against your suggestions. This analysis compares all words where the auto-generated caption had low confidence. This allows Goodkind to catch incorrect captions, but also variations of the same word which may have captioned incorrectly as well. Read more here.
