Once complete, the next step is to set up Autogifting. Instructions are outlined below for each Autogifting type. You can also view a video here to learn more on how to set this up!
Note: Setting up Autogifting is only applicable to the Organization Admin
Step 1: Sign in to your Goody for Business account and click on the "Contacts" tab on the top menu
Step 2: Select the group of team members you're looking to gift from the "Company Directory" menu on the left-hand side of the screen
Step 3: Click on the "Autogift" icon
Step 4: The "Autogifting" menu will populate. Choose the option to setup gifting for birthdays, work anniversaries or employee onboarding for the group you've selected.
If you choose to setup Autogifting for birthdays:
Step 1: Choose your gifts
Explore over 300+ on-trend brands to find exactly what you're looking for. Need help? Don't hesitate to send us a message via live chat for some gift pick recommendations.
*We recommend adding at least 2 gifts to your selection in case an item becomes unavailable.
Once you've found the gifts that you're going to select, simply select the item by clicking "Select Gift." This will move the gift selection to populate to your Autogifting list. Please continue this process to add as many additional options as you'd like.

Step 2: Add your digital card and custom message
Enter the "From name" and message you'd like on all cards associated with the birthday Autogift you're setting up
Select a card from our selection of beautiful designer digital cards or upload a custom card of your own
Set your options and payment method
Note: your digital gift notifications will automatically be sent out on 9am EST on the day of the event
You can then choose to Activate your Autogift or instead save as a draft until you're ready
On the next screen you will Save your Autogift
From there the setup is complete and all selected employees will receive a gift automatically on their birthday
If you choose to setup Autogifting for employee anniversaries:
Step 1: Set the tenure levels you'd like to send employee gifts on
You can select all tenures, a single year or a range of years. To make multiple selections click on "NEW TENURE" on the left and you'll be able to set additional tenures for Autogifting
Step 2: Choose your gifts

Tips to know about Autogifting:
Autogifts are sent out at 9am EST on the day they're schedule to be sent
If you're looking to add an Autogift for the day-of the event - instead go to the SEND page to select and send out the gift
You can edit the gift, card or card message up until the time the gift is scheduled to be sent
You are only charged for gifts that are accepted
Reminders for upcoming Autogifting will be sent to you on the following cadence:
7 days before the event
24 hours before the event
