How can I adjust the filters on the Reporting tab in a Goody for Business account?

Learn how to use the Reports feature on Goody for Business

Filters on reports are only accessible to Pro and Team subscription holders. Starter accounts do not have the ability to adjust report views with filters. You can learn more about upgrading your plan here.

Setup the FILTERS on the Reports page to easily see the data you’re looking for. Here’s how it works:

  1. Search and select the Workspace that gifts you’re interested in learning more about were sent under

2. Search and select an individual user’s name(s) to see the gifts they’ve sent (note this is only applicable to Organization Admins, all other users can only access their own gifts or those within a Workspace they’re a part of)

3. Select a gift status (Pro tip: if you’re looking to see gifts that have yet to be accepted or have already been delivered to recipients you’ll want to utilize this filter!)

4. If you’re on the Team subscription plan and are utilizing the Budgeting feature you can set the filter to focus in on gifts where budgeted funds are being used

5. If you’re on the Team subscription plan and are utilizing the Autogifting feature you can set this filter to focus in on gifts that are a part of your employee birthday, employee work anniversary or employee new hire/onboarding gifting programs

6. Set the DATE RANGE for whatever time period you’re looking to view gifting information for
