Send gifts to Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities, including lists of multiple records

Goody for Salesforce – Navigation

The Goody for Salesforce app includes a Quick Action Button to send a gift on Contact, Lead, or Opportunity pages, including list views to allow you to send a batch of gifts to multiple recipients from a list page.

Send Gift Quick Action Button

  • Navigate to ⚙️ Setup > Object Manager

  • Select the object you'd like to modify, such as Contact, Lead, or Opportunity

  • Select Page Layouts

  • Select a page layout to edit

  • Scroll to the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section and click the wrench icon or override the predefined actions

  • Select Mobile & Lightning Actions from the palette then drag and drop the Send Gift action onto the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section of the layout

  • Click Save

Send Gifts List View Quick Action Button

You can add the Send Gift Lightning Quick Action button to the page layout in order to launch Goody Gifts on list views.

  • Navigate to ⚙️ Setup > Object Manager

  • Select the object you'd like to modify, such as Contact, Lead, or Opportunity

  • Select Search Layouts

  • Click the dropdown for the Default Layout

  • Click Edit

  • Select Send Gifts under Available Buttons

  • Click Add

  • Click Save

  • Select List View Button Layout

  • Click the dropdown for List View

  • Click Edit

  • Select Send Gifts under Available Buttons

  • Click Add

  • Click Save
