Gift links and status can be seen on the TRACK page in a Goody for Business account - by clicking into a gift batch and toggling to RECIPIENTS.
If you’re looking for more specific information and to more easily locate gift links and statuses for larger batches of gifts, we recommend navigating to the Reports tab in your Goody for Business account.
Here’s how to find this information:
Set the FILTERS at the top of the page based on the specific Workspace, User(s), Status, Balance (if applicable) and Autogift Type (if applicable)
2. Set your preferred DATE RANGE on the right-hand side of the screen
3. Scroll down to the menu at the center of the page and click on GIFT DATA
4. Select the option to see “Gift sent in date range”
5. Click on COLUMNS to select the specific columns of information you’d like to see (*Make sure INDIVIDUAL GIFT URL is included in your selections)
6. You can use the search filters in the TABLE VIEW on the page to find individual gift links based on your recipient’s name or email address
7. You can copy/paste gift link from the table view and also download ALL DATA option to see your gift data in .csv format
