The Reports feature in your Goody for Business accounts makes it easy to track spend over a specific time period. Note that this information is available to all Users on any plan, including Starter (free plan).
Here’s how:
Set the FILTERS at the top of the page based on the specific Workspace, User(s), Balance (if applicable), Autogift Type (if applicable) and Status (make sure to choose “accepted”)
2. Set your preferred DATE RANGE on the right-hand side of the screen
3. Scroll down to the menu at the center of the page and click on GIFT DATA
4. Select the option to see “Gifts accepted in date range”
5. Click on COLUMNS to select the specific columns of information you’d like to see (Don’t forget to include options under AMOUNTS if you’re looking for total spend)
6. Download either the TABLE VIEW or ALL DATA option to see your spend information in .csv format
