Step 1 - Create the Membership
Navigate to Configuration Settings, and select “Memberships” under the Administration section in the navigation.
“Add Membership” button will prompt the user to set up a Membership Name and recurrence cycle.
The renewal cycle of a membership can be either weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
The specific renewal date within that cycle will depend on the membership purchase date.
Step 2 - Configure Price and Benefits
To configure Price and Benefits, user will click on Edit Pricing & Benefits Button
If an account has multiple locations, Admin will see a list of locations
Admin will need to configure a price, tax rate, and benefits list per location
Price, tax, and benefits can vary per location for the same membership
Benefits can include primary service offers, extras and pet perks. Packages can’t be included as a benefit.
Discount are set up per benefit - either % or fixed dollar off. Meaning a membership can have benefits that have % discounts and dollar off discounts.
NOTE: $0 memberships should be configured to renew annually. A pet owner will receive a $0.00 receipt after every recurrence period, to reduce the auto receipt emails, annually is recommended.
