An admin will navigate to a Pet Owner’s profile and select “Enroll in Membership” to purchase a membership. A modal will launch that will start the purchase flow.
If a membership is already purchased, “Enroll in Membership” button will not display.
Only one membership is allowed per Pet Owner
All memberships configured will display for admin to select. Ex. There are no checks for pet species or weight.
Admin will need to click “Confirm” (no card needed) to the complete the enrollment.
Once Confirm is clicked, the page will refresh to show the membership is “Paid in Full” and the user can close the page.
Upon purchase, membership will go into affect immediately and pet owner will be emailed receipt.
NOTE: Membership Discounts are only be applied to new bookings. Previously made bookings (even though they take place in the future) will not have member discounts applied. Admin will have to go to those invoices and apply a comp/credit manually to compensate for the discount. An active membership tag will display on the payment page to notify the Admin that this pet owner now has an active membership.
Pet owner will receive an email after every recurring charge.
NOTE: $0 memberships should be configured to renew annually. Otherwise a pet owner will receive a $0.00 receipt after every recurrence period
