Step 1: Start the Check Out Process
Click on "Check Out" on the pet you'd like to check out and redeem a credit for purchase.
Step 2: Apply Credit
"Apply Credit" will be an option at check out. If the pet owner does not have any credit available to redeem, the option will grayed out and not available to click on.
Ensure that the number of credits being redeemed correctly matches the pet(s) being checked out.
Step 3: Review
Once the credit has been redeemed, the remaining balance will be $0.00 and the credit used will be notated on the invoice.
