If you have accepted a job and are no longer able to do it you can send it to another courier.
To send a job to another courier:
Go to the job in your courier app (Jobs > All Jobs).
Click the "more options" button and then "send job to another courier".
This creates a link that you can send to another courier who can view the job and accept it if they want to do it. You can send the link using SMS, WhatsApp or other messaging apps.
The new courier must accept the job. If they do not they accept the job it will not be assigned to them.
The courier you send it to must be online, and in a vehicle that is big enough to do the job for them to be assigned.
If you send the job to another courier and they decline it, it will still be on your jobs list. You must complete all of the jobs you have accepted on your list.
