IMPORTANT: Doorstep check

Follow this doorstep check process on every delivery for safety and security, before handing over the goods

Ask the recipient to confirm the name and address that is on the parcel

  • ✅ If they provide the matching info, deliver it, and make sure you take a correct proof of delivery

  • ❌ If not, take it back to the pharmacy at the end of your shift, on the same day.

Deliver ONLY to the named person or a parent, guardian, or carer.

If you don't deliver to the correct person, it can have some serious consequences both for you and the patient.

Failure to comply with these SOP’s may result in death, or serious injury
